Claims

The warranty will be void after use for the below parts:

  1. If you purchased it through an offline Miniwalker distributor, please contact them first to get more and more accurate help.
  2. If you purchased through our online platform, please contact us directly by email (support atminiwalker dot net)
  3. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product is required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us by email as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Miniwalker within 1 years of initial purchase.

NOTICE: Miniwalker will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. The customer needs to provide us with evidence by email. Please provide the order number and the serial number of the scooter as after-sales information.

Shipping Damage Claims

In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact the email and provide us with photo or video proof. We will differentiate based on the actual damage. NOTICE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.

Terms of Limited Warranty

This limited warranty is not meant to suggest or imply that the scooter cannot be broken or will last forever. It does mean that the scooter is covered subject to the terms of the limited warranty. This limited warranty is void if the scooter is subjected to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, an accident, or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including the results of fatigue, is not covered. Fatigue damage is a symptom of the frame being worn out through normal use. It is one kind of normal wear and tear, and it is the owner’s responsibility to inspect his/her scooter. Damage resulting from improper assembly or maintenance, or from the installation of parts and accessories not compatible with the Miniwalker scooter, is not covered. All labor charges for warranty service are the responsibility of the scooter’s owner. In the event that the processing of a warranty claim requires shipping, any such shipping charges are the responsibility of the scooter’s owner. Duqring the duration of this limited warranty, Miniwalker will either repair any defective frame or component or, at our option, replace any defective frame or component with the same or most nearly comparable model or component then available. THIS IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. ANY AND ALL OTHER REMEDIES AND DAMAGES THAT MAY OTHERWISE BE APPLICABLE ARE EXCLUDED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY Miniwalker ON ITS FRAMES AND COMPONENTS, AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION HEREIN. ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY OTHERWISE BE IMPLIED BY LAW INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXCLUDED. This Limited Warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights. The consumer may also have other legal rights that vary from state to state or country to country. Some states and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. If it is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction that a certain provision of this limited warranty does not apply, such determination shall not affect any other provision of this limited warranty and all other provisions shall remain in effect.

Warranty Terms Specific to E-Scooter

This warranty pertains to any of the essential electric scooter components that are found defective provided that the product was used in a standard and controlled manner and that it was maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions manual. Essential components include the scooter frame, electric motor, battery, display, and controller. Corrosion on electrical components is not covered by the warranty. You should dry the contacts on the battery and other electrical parts to prevent corrosion and oxidizing. An electrical contact cleaner can be used to keep connections clean if needed. In extreme weather (for example, in a community where roads are salted in winter) you can apply battery terminal grease as a preventative.

Warranty FAQs

1.How long does it take to received my order?

Usually we will arrange transportation within 1-2 working days after receiving your payment, and the goods will be sent to your home within 7 working days

2.How fast can I go?

Depending on the exact model, each scooter has different capabilities. Other factors that would determine speed are rider’s weight, gradient, terrain and wind resistance. We generally recommend that riders do not go above 30 km/h for the safety and consideration of other road users.

3.Where can I ride them?

Different cities and states have different laws that govern the use of personal mobility devices. Always check posted laws and obey posted street signs. We highly recommend not riding on sidewalks and using bikelanes wherever possible.

4.How long does it take to get a full charge?

Depending on the exact model, it can take between 5 – 12 hrs (from flat) to get to a full charge. The larger the battery, the longer the charge time.

5.Are electric scooters waterproof or suitable for riding in wet weather?

Many electric scooter components have a water resistant rating, however no components are truly waterproof. Any water damage/ingress will void an electric scooter's warranty. Riding in wet or damp weather should be avoided when possible to avoid potentially voiding the entire scooter's warranty.

6.I crashed and damaged my scooter. Is warranty coverage available to me? Sorry, crashes or accidents are not covered by the warranty policy. The warranty only covers defects in manufacturing, not damage from crashes.

Refunds

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. To process product returns, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
