Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Area

We currently only ship within the United States. Our delivery services include FedEx and UPS.

2. Delivery Time

Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. We aim to provide a tracking number for in-stock orders within 5 business days of order placement. Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email to your address. The carrier will be either UPS or FedEx, and it may take between 3 to 10 days for your shipment to be scanned by them. Please note that for third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. The delivery dates provided by Miniwalker are estimates.

For pre-orders or backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.

3. Shipping Changes

a. Changing the address BEFORE the tracking number is provided will incur NO CHARGE.

b. A $20 fee WILL BE CHARGED if the in-transit shipping information on FedEx shows that the address change has been successful.

c. We can attempt to change your address after the order has shipped and apply to FedEx/UPS. However, we cannot guarantee that the change will be 100% successful.

4. Package Missing

If your order shows as delivered and signed for, but you haven't received the package within 3 business days, please contact us. If it has been more than 3 days, we may not be able to assist further, and you will need to contact the logistics company directly.
